Her background includes 15 years working alongside a chiropractor, experience in a medical spa environment at UAB West, and extensive hands-on practice supporting clients through relaxation, recovery, and restorative care. Her work blends clinical knowledge with a holistic philosophy, focusing on helping the body release tension while calming the nervous system. Donna specializes in customized treatments including deep tissue massage, lymphatic massage, prenatal massage, cupping therapy, total body fascia release, stretching, and post-surgical massage. With more than 35 years of experience studying and working with essential oils, she thoughtfully incorporates aromatherapy to enhance relaxation and overall well-being when appropriate.
