By booking your appointment confirms that you agree to the following: Late Policy Please plan on arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled facial service appointment time. Please call or text “251-481-9017” to notify me in the event that you are running late. 
If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. If I am unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will forfeit your deposit for your scheduled service and cannot be transferred towards rescheduling. If your service is still able to be completed, your treatment time will be shortened to avoid inconveniencing following clients. Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit and cannot be transferred towards rescheduling. No call, no show appointments will result in forfeiture of your scheduling deposit. Fees cannot be applied towards any future services as it is compensation for the time originally reserved on the schedule.
